Equality Lived Experience Network The Lived Experience Network (LEN)is a network of people from both within the Council (staff) and people who live in Blaenau Gwent, who have protected characteristic/s and who want to share their stories, challenges, and achievements with the Council to guide the delivery of the Blaenau Gwent Strategic Equality Plan 2024-28.
