Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Since April 2013 a new benefit called Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Allowance has gradually been introduced to replace Disability Living Allowance for those aged 16-64.

Council Tax Reduction Scheme
If you have difficulty paying your council tax, please contact the benefit section on 01495 311556 or at benefits@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk听as you may be eligible for additional help in the form of council tax reduction.
